Devan is a Submarine Navy veteran who found the passion to scuba dive in 2013. With over 35 years in the Nuclear Industry, he carries over to the scuba world a deep sense of safety culture. He is driven to help people learn and safely enjoy the underwater world of Scuba Diving.

Cesar is a Marine Corps veteran who brings playful energy and calm confidence to every dive. Introduced to diving in 2002, he began his professional path to diving in 2021. From Okinawa to Hawaii, he’s guided divers with a passion and patience. His military career molded his instructor approach to be patient and strict. He seeks to make every student a more confident self.  He loves helping others discover peace, adventure, and ocean magic beneath the surface.
