$500 Deposit is required per person and on 250.00 is refundable and total deposit is non-refundable after Saturday October 18th.

Final payment is due Saturday Novebmer 15th.

3D Scuba requires ALL divers to enroll in dive medical insurance such as Divers Alert Network (DAN).
